A live swing band and WWII-era singers are included in a poignant and patriotic tribute to our military. Participating in the event will be the Department of Public Safety, Texas Civil Defense, civic and military representatives, attending citizens, and local Boy Scouts. A wreath ceremony at the veterans monument on Civic Center grounds and a military flyover of vintage aircraft will conclude the program followed by a convoy of vintage military vehicles progressing from the Civic Center to the Town Square in preparation for the WWII Battle Reenactment.
Attend and express your gratitude for our past, present, and future veterans.
